1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery speed.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 days 

  • International Shipping: 1-17 days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Delays due to customs are outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Tracking information may take up to 24 to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

• Certain products may have shipping limitations based on destination.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage.
